An unusual accident sent the driver of a semi truck to the hospital on Wednesday night in Kansas City, Kan.
According to the Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report, a semi was eastbound on I-70 near the Turner Diagonal in Kansas City, Kan., when the driver stopped around 8:30 p.m. and got out of his vehicle to throw trash away.
When he got out of the truck, he fell down and the truck started rolling, according to the trooper’s report. Then the truck rolled over both his feet, the report stated.
The driver of the semi was a 57-year-old man from Kansas City, Kan. He was taken to the hospital, the report stated.
