The driver of a semi was injured today when the truck overturned in Kansas City, Kan., according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
A highway patrol trooper’s report stated the semi was southbound on I-635 at the exit ramp to I-70 westbound about noon on a right-hand curve when it lost control and overturned on the driver’s side.
The Volvo semi truck tractor was pulling a trailer carrying frozen food, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver, a 33-year-old man from Burbank, Ill., was injured and taken to a hospital, the report stated.
