A semi overturned about 7:12 p.m. Monday, June 21, on the eastbound I-70 ramp to northbound I-635, according to a trooper’s crash log.
The Volvo truck was eastbound on the I-70 ramp to northbound I-635 in Kansas City, Kansas, when its load shifted while maneuvering the ramp, and the truck overturned, the Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report stated.
The semi was pulling a trailer, according to the report.
The driver of the semi, a 72-year-old man from Peoria, Illinois, had a possible minor injury and was taken to a hospital, the trooper’s report stated.
