A semi and a Toyota Corolla collided on westbound I-70 near the exit to I-435 in Kansas City, Kan., on Tuesday.
According to the Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report, the semi and the Toyota were westbound on I-70 about 6:46 p.m. when the semi struck the rear of the Toyota Corolla.
The Toyota then struck the barrier wall, according to the report.
The driver of the Corolla, a 52-year-old woman from Kansas City, Kan., had possible injuries, according to the report. A passenger in the car, a 50-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man, also had possible injuries, the report stated.
The driver of the semi, a 37-year-old woman from Jacksboro, Tenn., was not injured, the report stated.
