Schlitterbahn prepares to take down Verruckt waterslide

A crane was in place Friday morning at the Schlitterbahn Waterpark in Kansas City, Kansas, preparing to help take down the Verruckt water slide. A boy died Aug. 7, 2016, on the Verruckt waterslide, and the park is involved in lawsuits concerning it. According to a Schlitterbahn spokeswoman, it is a take-apart project.
