Wrap holiday presents at the library
A gift wrapping session will be provided for children and teens from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, at the Main Kansas City, Kansas, Public Library, 625 Minnesota Ave. Children and teens may bring small gifts to wrap, or just decorate gift bags and take them home. All materials will be provided. This event is for ages 18 years old and younger. Registration is not required.

Read to a Dog at the library
The Read to a Dog program will be offered from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, at the Main Kansas City, Kansas, Public Library, 625 Minnesota Ave., Kansas City, Kansas. The program is open to all children who would like to read to a dog. Children read to registered therapy dogs in a relaxed atmosphere. The trained and registered dogs are from Mo-Kan Pet Partners’ READ. For more information, call 913-295-8250.

Creative craft session offered for kids
Kids Create, a creative craft program for children, will be offered from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, at the South Branch Kansas City, Kansas, Public Library, 3104 Strong Ave., Kansas City, Kansas. Supplies will be provided.
