A Toyota four-door vehicle was exiting I-70 westbound to northbound K-7 on Aug. 8 when a rollover accident happened.
The accident occurred at 9:25 a.m. Saturday, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
The vehicle was exiting too fast when the driver lost control, the report stated. The vehicle traveled into the west ditch of the exit ramp and rolled, according to the report.
The driver, a 55-year-old woman from Kansas City, Kan., was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the report.
A 53-year-old passenger from Kansas City, Kan., also was injured and taken to a hospital, the report stated.
