One of the restaurants in Kansas City, Kan., that is offering a Valentine’s Day special is the Mason Jar, located on North 74th Drive, just south of State Avenue.
The restaurant offers a Valentine’s Dinner for $50 for two people. The dinner includes a choice of two entrees, sirloin, chicken breast or salmon, with one side each and for dessert, chocolate strawberries, and to drink, Barefoot Bubbly Moscato Spumante or a bottle of house wine, or two cocktails.
Around 5 p.m. the restaurant still had reservations available before 6 p.m. and after 7 p.m.
Other restaurants, including some in the Legends area, also are offering Valentine’s Day specials.
Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days of the year for most restaurants.
