Residents near 80th and State Avenue turned out in the rain to pay their respects to the slain deputies. I witnessed it, it moved me to tears and I’m a tough old trucker. Thank you for showing so much respect for two people who deserve respect. I sat at the stop light for over 30 minutes and thought about my life. God bless everybody.
