Forget about the usual orange-and-black Halloween cookies at this time of year and make some World Series cookies instead.
Here are the easy instructions:
1. Use your favorite sugar cookie recipe, roll out the dough and then use a round cookie cutter.
2. Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
3. After cooling them, frost the cookies, using your favorite white frosting recipe. Reserve about a half-cup of frosting in a bowl, add a few drops of blue food coloring. Pipe the blue frosting onto the cookies in a baseball seam pattern.
