Kansas City, Kansas, Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify alleged suspects in a theft Nov. 5 at The Legends Outlets shopping center.
According to police, the suspects walked in, allegedly grabbed almost $4,000 in merchandise and fled in a black, four-door vehicle.
