A program is offered on freezer meals from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the K=State Research and Extension office, Wyandotte County, 1216 N. 79th St., Kansas City, Kan.
K-State Research and Extension Master Food Volunteers will present the program. They will discuss homemade frozen dinner and meals that can be prepared for a healthier choice on busy days. The cost of the program is $5.
