The Kansas City Current has scheduled a pair of preseason matches leading up to the 2022 NWSL Challenge Cup and regular season.
The 2022 preseason schedule will see the Current playing exhibitions against two NWSL clubs in Florida before returning to the Midwest in early March.
The preseason schedule opens with a closed door match against defending NWSL Champion Washington Spirit at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, at IMG Academy.
The following week, Kansas City will travel to Exploria Stadium to face the Orlando Pride at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 2. The match is open to the public.

The 2022 NWSL Challenge Cup opens March 18 with the Current traveling to play Racing Louisville FC at 6:30 p.m. The team opens its home schedule April 2 with a 2 p.m. kickoff against Louisville at Children’s Mercy Park in Kansas City, Kansas.
