The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department is posting a memorial tribute to Detective Brad Lancaster, who was killed in the line of duty one year ago today.
The police department is posting the tribute on its Facebook page at 2:55 p.m. today, the time that the detective was pronounced dead.
Detective Lancaster was responding to a crime on the grounds outside the Hollywood Casino when he was shot and killed.
