Kansas City, Kansas, police are asking the public for assistance in identifying an individual, according to a spokesman.
About a week ago, the individual was located hitchhiking and has been in Louisiana ever since, according to police.
The individual is unable to identify himself and is not sure of where he lives, although he has mentioned Kansas City, Kansas, frequently, authorities stated. The authorities have not been able to identify him.
The individual is believed to be in his late 20s to early 30s, 6-5, 185 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair.
