Kansas City, Kansas, police are searching for suspects in the theft of two food trucks and a trailered smoker in early morning hours Sunday at 100 S. James St.
According to police, there are four unknown suspects in the case. Police have released surveillance photos of the theft.
Police announced today that two food trucks were found near 700 Woodswether Road in Kansas City, Missouri. They still are looking for the smoker, the generator and the identification of the suspects and their vehicle.
The vehicle the suspects arrived in appears to be a white Ford flatbed utility truck with an overhead light on top of the cab and “STE” mud flaps, according to police.
Police are seeking any assistance in locating the stolen items and identifying the individuals and the vehicle they arrived in, a spokesman stated.
The incident is under investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, which is asking anyone with information to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
