The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department is asking the public’s assistance to identify a person of interest in connection with the death of Robert Courtney in the 7900 block of State Avenue.
The death occurred June 10. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
