Aggravated burglary and aggravated battery reported
An aggravated burglary and aggravated battery was reported about 1:09 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, in the 1900 block of Key Lane, according to a social media post from the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
A victim told police he was startled by a noise inside his residence at night, and went to look. The resident saw the suspect inside his residence and shot him, according to police.
The suspect was taken to a hospital and was reported to be in stable condition, according to police.
Shooting into home reported
A shooting into a house occupied by several people was reported at 8:33 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, in the 200 block of Edgerton, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department. There were no injuries, according to police.
