A shooting into a vehicle was reported Nov. 16 near 82nd and Riverview, according to a social media note by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The victim was driving near 82nd and Riverview when an unknown person in a white sport utility vehicle shot his car twice, according to the report.
Theft reported at business
Suspects used a victim’s credit card to purchase several items from a business on Nov. 16 in the 1600 block of Village West, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The victim had no knowledge of the purchase, the report stated.
Suspect fires at victim driving near 86th and Riverview
A victim was driving near 86th and Riverview on Nov. 16 when an aggravated assault occurred, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
A grey sedan passed the victim, cut her off and then slammed on its brakes, the report stated. As the victim drove closer, the suspect fired several rounds at her, the report stated.
Neither the victim nor the vehicle was struck, according to the report.
Assault alleged on North 21st
A victim told police that a suspect bit him, then ran into her vehicle on Nov. 16 in the 2700 block of North 21st, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
Once inside the vehicle, according to the victim, the suspect tried to strike the victim with her car twice, the report stated.
During this time, she hit her child who was next to the car, causing minor injuries, according to the report. Then, with the child in the car, she struck another vehicle as she was leaving, the report stated.
The suspect was taken into custody a short time later, according to the report.
