Aggravated domestic battery reported
Officers responded to a report of domestic battery on Nov. 14 in the 1800 block of North 33rd Street, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The victim said the suspect, who was intoxicated, was arguing with her, the report stated. The suspect then damaged the victim’s property and began to batter her, according to the report.
Officers took the suspect into custody, and the suspect was booked into the Wyandotte County Jail, according to the report.
Aggravated assault reported on Central Avenue
Aggravated assault was reported on Nov. 14 in the 200 block of Central Avenue, according to a social media note by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to an armed disturbance call, where they met seven victims, who were trying to travel across the old Central bridge, according to the report. A vehicle was blocking the road, the report stated.
The suspect became upset after the victims asked the suspect to move the vehicle, the report stated. The suspect then produced a weapon and pointed it at all the suspects, then fled the area, according to the report.
The victim called police, and a suspect then intentionally rammed the vehicle, according to the report. The suspects then fled.
