The victim told officers sometime throughout the day that unknown suspects broke into his house and stole several items, according to the report.
Individual found in possession of stolen handgun on Armstrong

Police found an individual who was possibly using narcotics and was in possession of a stolen handgun, according to the report.
Shooting reported near 36th and Strong
Officers responding to a shots fired call on Oct. 8 near 36th and Strong made contact with two individuals inside the house, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The victims said an unknown suspect fired several rounds, which struck the house and a vehicle in the driveway, according to the report.
