Shooting reported on Ella
A shooting into an occupied dwelling was reported at 9 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 1000 block of Ella Avenue, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department. Victims said they heard gun shots and one round struck their residence. There were no injuries.
Stolen vehicle found, narcotics arrest made
Police reported on social media that they located a stolen vehicle with occupants in the 4700 block of State Avenue about 10:30 p.m. Sept. 17. The occupants also were found to be in possession of illegal narcotics, according to police.
Shooting into occupied home reported
A shooting into an occupied home was reported at 11 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 600 block of Freeman Avenue, according to a social media post by police. The victims heard gunshots and several rounds struck their residence, according to police. There were no injuries.
