Two found shot after wreck

Two persons were found lying on the ground with apparent gunshot wounds after a vehicle wrecked about 10:40 p.m. May 4 in the 1300 block of Parallel Parkway, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.

The two persons were taken to nearby hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, the report stated.

Shooting reported

A victim was shot and went to a hospital for treatment around 7:29 p.m. May 4 in the 1800 block of Pacific Avenue, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.

The victim was in stable condition, according to the report.

Assault reported on South 57th

A suspect pointed a gun at a victim as the suspect drove by about 8:40 a.m. May 4 in the 800 block of South 57th Street, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.

The suspect later was taken into custody, the report stated.

Aggravated assault reported in traffic on Parallel

A suspect cut the victim off in traffic around 5:45 p.m. May 4 in the 2700 block of Parallel Parkway, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.

The suspect began following the victim and pointed a gun at the victim, according to the report. The victim got away and called police, the report stated.

Victims stated that a suspect shot at their house about 8:41 p.m. May 4, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.

The victims stated they were inside the home at the time, the report stated. There were no injuries reported.
