A spokesman for the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department said today that a white truck that was sought in connection with a shooting case has been found.
The truck was found at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, he said. It was unoccupied.
Police on Monday said the Ford truck was a “vehicle of interest” in a case involving a shooting in the 2500 block of Ridge Avenue in Kansas City, Kan.
A 16-year-old girl, Jamie J. Hernandez-Zubia, was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound at that location on May 30, according to police.
