Police are investigating a shooting death in the 3200 block of North 66th Street.
After a report of a shooting, police went to the location at 3:39 a.m. March 26 and found a man in his late 30s inside a home, dead from an apparent gunshot wound, a police spokesman said.
The identity of the victim will not be released pending positive identification and family notification, police said.
This incident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit, which is encouraging anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
