Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating a homicide Wednesday evening, July 24, in the 1500 block of Cleveland Avenue.
A police spokesman stated that when they arrived around 7:43 p.m., officers found a black male who had been shot. Kansas City, Kansas, Fire Department personnel also responded and confirmed the victim was deceased, the spokesman stated.
The homicide is being investigated by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department Criminal Investigations Division. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
