Kansas City, Kan., police are investigating a death in the 1600 block of North 61st Terrace.
Police were called to the area at 11:47 a.m. June 22 to check on an individual. They found a man lying dead in the grass, in a wooded area, a spokesman for the Police Department said.
The release of the victim’s name is pending positive identification and family notification.
