Kansas City, Kan., police are investigating a death discovered at 5 a.m. Aug. 24 in the 3000 block of Lafayette Avenue.
A resident called police about a man who was unresponsive at the location, a police spokesman said.
When they arrived, officers found the man and confirmed he was deceased, the spokesman said.
At this time, his identity and cause of death are not known, although there are no signs of foul play, the police spokesman said.
The identity of the resident will be released when there is positive identification and family notification.
