Kansas City, Kan., police are investigating a dead body found about 8:37 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, on the side of the road, just north of 46th and Leavenworth Road, according to a spokesman.
Unified Government street crews found the body while they were mowing, according to police. The body was found about 15 feet off the roadway, according to police.
The man’s age and identity are unknown at this time, according to the police spokesman. There is a wooded area near the location.
