A man is in critical condition after being struck by gunfire tonight.
Kansas City, Kan., police responded to a call of shots fired about 7:22 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 1100 block of Freeman Avenue, a spokesman said.
They saw a man inside a residence who had been struck by gunfire, according to the spokesman. The man was taken to a hospital in critical condition, police said.
This incident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, which is encouraging anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
