Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating a homicide at 2:23 a.m. Sunday, July 5, in the 1000 block of Ridge Avenue.
According to a spokesman, police received a call about a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a deceased male with an apparent gunshot wound, the spokesman stated.
The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
