Police have identified the victim of a homicide on Dec. 16 as Melvin R. Lone, 63, a resident of Kansas City, Kan.
The homicide occurred around 1:30 a.m. in the 4300 block of Farrow. It is considered to be a drive-by shooting.
Police said they are still investigating this homicide and anyone with information about it should call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
