Kansas City, Kan., police have identified a homicide victim from May 23.
The homicide victim was identified as Alan Castro, 20, a resident of Kansas City, Kan.
On May 23, police discovered a man in his 20s dead outside of a residence in the 2400 block of Pacific Avenue, Kansas City, Kan. The man was dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department major case unit, which is encouraging anyone with information to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
