Kansas City, Kansas, police are asking additional witnesses to come forward to help in the investigation of a quadruple homicide at 1:27 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, at the Tequila KC bar at 10th and Central Avenue.
In all, nine persons were shot in the bar, and two men have been charged in the case. One of the suspects, Hugo Villanueva-Morales, remains at large. Javier Alatorre was arrested on Sunday. Five persons were taken to hospitals with gunshot injuries, while four persons died in the shooting.
Police stated today that any additional witnesses who were in the bar but left before officers arrived may contact Detective Mark Bundy at 913-573-6052 or Detective Ronald Sutton at 913-573-6056.
