Kansas City, Kansas, police officers contacted a victim at a hospital at 9:20 p.m. Sunday, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department. The victim was at another location and had been shot once in the foot by an unknown suspect, according to police.

Shooting at home reported
Victims told police they were asleep when an unknown suspect shot into their home, around 12:28 a.m. Monday in the 4000 block of Roswell, according to a social media post by police. No injuries were reported.

Residence hit by gunshots
A shooting into an occupied dwelling was reported at 2:46 a.m. Monday in the 2700 block of North 22nd, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department. There were no injuries, police stated.

Robbery reported
An aggravated robbery was reported at 12:40 a.m. Sunday near 80th and State Avenue, according to a social media post by police. The victim was leaving work when he was approached by two suspects who pointed handguns at him and demanded his property, police stated. The suspects then left. The victim was not injured, according to police.

Aggravated battery reported
A male and a female were involved in a verbal altercation outside of a residence in the 6400 block of Muncie Court at 12:56 a.m. Sunday, according to police. The suspect left the residence and began shooting at the victim, hitting him multiple times, police stated. The man was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, according to police.

Police investigating animal cruelty case
According to a social media post by the police, on Friday an animal cruelty detective was investigating the killings of multiple goats in Kansas City, Kansas.

Fire reported on North Thompson
According to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Fire Department, a fire was reported Friday in the 1900 block of North Thompson Street in Kansas City, Kansas. The house fire was fully involved, according to the post.
