Governor to speak about Kansas reopening plan Thursday evening

Gov. Laura Kelly will unveil the Kansas plan to reopen during a live television broadcast at 6:31 p.m. Thursday, April 30. The speech will be carried on live television, on radio stations and on the governor’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/GovLauraKelly/. Some area television stations are expected to carry the broadcast.

Governor extends stay-at-home order until May 3 as Kansas reports 7 more COVID-19 deaths

Gov. Laura Kelly today extended the stay-at-home order until May 3, while Kansas reported seven more COVID-19 deaths and 68 new cases statewide.
