The driver of a car involved in an accident at 90th and Parallel has died at a hospital, according to a spokesman for the Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Department.
The person who died was driving a civilian car that was in an accident with a marked county patrol car with its lights and siren on, according to the spokesman. The county patrol car was responding to a shooting at apartments in the Village West area.
The spokesman stated that the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department is investigating the accident.
