There is only a day left for voting in Nebraska Furniture Mart’s song contest.
NFM received more than 400 songs in a contest with a $25,000 prize, with 10 songs currently in contention. Votes will be accepted through Sunday, March 15, in the contest. This vote will narrow down the contest to the final five.
Three of the songs were written by Johnson County residents:
• “Home Has a Place in the Heart” by Kyle Sexton of Prairie Village, Kansas.
• “NFM Flex Anthem” by SnackBoyz of Overland Park, Kansas.
• “My Open Arms” by Tre Mutava of Lenexa, Kansas.
