The Dairy Farmers of America office building is on tonight’s Administration and Human Services Standing Committee meeting, expected to begin around 5:15 p.m. at the fifth floor meeting room, City Hall, 701 N. 7th St., Kansas City, Kan.
The new $30 million office building is proposed for 98th Street, between State and Parallel Parkway.
The UG committee meeting will consider a resolution allowing the county administrator to execute a development agreement with DFA; authorize $4.5 million in street improvements; and authorize issuance of $4.5 million in temporary notes.
The UG Public Works and Safety Committee meeting will be held at 5 p.m. tonight on the fifth floor.
According to the agenda, the committee is expected to discuss placing a fee on organizations for holding parades and marathons, which would offset the cost to the city.
