After a thunderstorm with high wind, rain and lightning last night, more than 5,000 Board of Public Utilities customers were without power this morning, according to a BPU outage map.
Some areas also had tree limbs down.
The BPU outage map showed about 5,155 BPU customers without power as of 8:17 a.m. June 17.
