More than 400 customers were reported without electric power in Kansas City, Kan., following a storm that moved through the area Monday evening.
According to the Board of Public Utilities’ power outage map, there were 462 customers without power at 7:05 p.m. Monday.
High winds swept through Wyandotte County during the storm. Tornado warning sirens sounded in Wyandotte County around 5:15 p.m., and a tornado warning was called off around 5:50 p.m.
