The Board of Public Utilities’ power outage map showed about 1,697 customers still without power at noon Sunday.
Right after the storm on Thursday night and early Friday morning, there were 25,000 customers without power in Kansas City, Kan., according to the BPU.
The power outage map online at www.bpu.com showed most of the outages were in the center of Kansas City, Kan.
