Persons who would like to become a Master Food Volunteer may apply for training through a program starting Sept. 17.
The program is offered through K-State Research and Extension, Wyandotte County.
Those who are interested in food preparation, food preservation, food safety or food science may apply for the Extension Master Food Volunteer program. Those who want to improve skills and knowledge and like to work with people may benefit from the program.
