Hugo Villanueva-Morales, 29, who was wanted in connection with a shooting that killed four persons at a Kansas City, Kansas, bar, has been arrested in Mexico, according to authorities.
Kansas City, Kansas, police released a statement today that says Villanueva-Morales was arrested without incident by the Michoacan State Police in Mexico.
Villanueva-Morales was charged with four counts of first-degree murder in the shooting Oct. 6 at Tequila KC bar, along with Javier Alatorre, 23.
Villanueva-Morales has been at large since the shooting, while Alatorre was arrested the day of the shooting.
The location of the shooting was near 10th and Central Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas. Five additional persons were wounded in the shooting.
No other information was available from the police today about the arrest.
