A man was injured in a crash on Wednesday on I-670 in Kansas City, Kan., west of the state line.
According to a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report, the crash happened at 7:50 p.m. Feb. 17 on eastbound I-670, west of Genesee Street.
A 1988 Dodge pickup truck was broken down in the lane of traffic when it was struck by a 2004 Pontiac Vibe, according to the trooper’s report.
The 77-year-old man from Gardner, Kan., driving the pickup truck was injured and taken to a hospital, the trooper’s report stated.
The driver of the Vibe, a 21-year-old man from Kansas City, Mo., was not injured, the report stated.
