A man was injured in an accident at 9:11 a.m. Tuesday, May 22, at 10th and State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
A Chevrolet Malibu that was westbound on State Avenue in the right lane hit a Dodge Charger that was westbound on State with lights and sirens activated and that was making a left turn, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver of the Malibu, a 59-year-old Kansas City, Kansas, man, was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver of the Charger, a 46-year-old Kansas City, Kansas, man, was not injured, the report stated.
