Man found guilty of premeditated first-degree murder of three persons

A Wyandotte County jury today found MonDale Douglas, 29, guilty of three counts of premeditated first-degree murder, according to a spokesman for the Wyandotte County District Attorney.

The murders of Edward Rawlins, David Rawlins and Addrian Coats occurred on April 2, 2018, in the 1100 block of Tenny Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas.

Sentencing for Douglas will be on March 13, according to the Wyandotte County District Attorney’s office.

  1. I am overjoyed that MonDale was found guilty!! David Rawlins was my fiance and best friend! All three men are extremely missed and thought of everyday! What MonDale did that day caused a lot of heartache and pain to so many people!! His son and daughter lost not only their father but two uncles that day! Justice has truly been served!!!!
