A man died in a motorcycle accident about 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, in the 300 block of North James Street, according to a police spokesman.
A preliminary report showed that a single motorcycle was traveling northbound on James Street, when the vehicle left the roadway, ejecting the rider, a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department stated.
The driver died of injuries sustained in the accident, according to the spokesman.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit – Critical Collision Response Team is investigating.
