A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash at 11:27 p.m. Sunday, March 22, in the 5300 block of Neva Drive, according to police.
A spokesman for the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department said the man was found outside of the vehicle, dead from his injuries.
The vehicle was traveling northbound on 53rd Street, left the road and overturned, the preliminary investigation showed. The location is north of Leavenworth Road.
The man’s identity is not being released until positive identification and family notification takes place, the spokesman said.
The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit-Critical Collision Response Team is investigating.
