The Legends Outlets are scheduled to open at midnight on Black Friday, Nov. 27, for 21 consecutive hours of shopping at about 75 retail shops.
One hour before the shopping center opens, guests will receive giveaways and there will be a live disc jockey playing holiday music. Swag bags containing more than $20,000 in store gift cards, certificates and promotional offers will be given away.
Starting at 11 p.m. after Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 26, Legends Outlets shoppers may gather in the center courtyard for pre-opening entertainment and giveaways. The first 200 people to arrive will receive a Black Friday swag bag.
Swag bag items include nearly $2,000 in Jose Pepper’s gift cards, $9,000 in complimentary Schlitterbahn passes and 200 certificates for one free bag of popcorn at the returning Topsy’s pop-up store. Additionally, three lucky swag bag recipients will receive either a Kitchen-Aid Mixer from Kitchen Collection valued at $500, two tickets and track passes to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at the Kansas Speedway valued at $400, or one overnight stay at the soon-to-open Residence Inn valued at $169.
